After deh abandunment by the css team of subversion gaeming, the left over foundehs and members hu maed subversion possibel has desided to unify under a nu flag, representing dah highess of skilled players from aroun dah globe. And so the formation of Woodbats was maed; a juggernaut pummeling forse of highskill, ready to crush all low skilled enemies. Teh woodbats are currently participating in a 3v3 enemy territory tournemant, and we will get $300 cash prise money when we win, since we are deh only high skilled team and clear favourites to taek out dah compeition. The End of SubVersion Gaming...

SubVersion Gaming has decided to call it a day, competitively anyway. The CSS Division has decided to go their separate ways leaving CoD4 to be the only competitive division, however they're activity as of recent has been lacking and it is still unknown whether this "adopted" division will keep the SubVersion name. One thing's for sure, it was hella' fun with many members (read: the ET members) opting to stick around together to form a 'social' division. The members sticking around, will still be participating in a number of low skill games such as uniball, isketch and combat arms (we r teh leet n we beet extasy nubs tehehe). Highlights include beating Ethereal in ET (keep an eye out for rydeath being kicked for previous hack violations on your local ET servers) and the CSS team beating some high skill team in some lan event. Thanks to everyone who supported SubVersion and a big shoutout to Rabbit for his continuous financial support for the clan and his technical expertise at EVERYTHING. SUBV.COD4 Welcomes Saber

With the removal of 'deathbink' from the SUBV.COD4 lineup, it was time to pick-up a decent player to fill in the gap. We have chosen Saber to join the team. I'm very excited about the new addition and cant wait until we see what he has to offer to the team. SubVersion signs COD4 Division

SubVersion Gaming is proud to announce the newest addition to our team, the COD4 Division. The SUBV COD4 team consists of: skvx empske f_ geno ELiTEE Metamorph The COD4 team has been around for around a month now, i know it hasnt been too long, but we are determined to stick together and make this team a success. Previously we were signed with Resistance.Gaming but due to lack of support, as a team we were unhappy decided to look elsewhere for support and a rising team that could help us gain momentum and stretch us beyond our limits. Empske approached me with the possibility of merging with SubVersion. Talking to osprey and constance, their friendly and eagerness to support our team played a significant role on the decision made. We are now very happy with the move we have made, and are determined and ready to push this team further. Cant wait for bigger and better things from SUBV. Clan Update July

Well well well, alot has happened in the subVersion camp since our last update, lineup changes, wins, losses, drama etc. First ill pick up where we left off - Reality Gaming Amateur League. Our first match was against stipeGT on dust2, the whole clan was pumped for the game and had been training extensively in preperation for this game. Right off the bat subVersion controlled pistol round and the 2 following rounds but from there things went downhill, with the final score being an abysmal 16-5. We attributed the loss to stipeGT having more competition experience and ourselves underperforming due to the pressure, this being subVersion's debut competition match we had 30+ spectators and as such the nerves got to a few of us. This match inevitably led to a few minor lineup changes, including 'McRutch' being dropped from the core5. Reality Gaming was a good wakeup call to subVersion, showing us where we stood in the grand scheme of things and allowing us to work on our weaknesses and improve our strengths. With Reality Gaming now drawing to a close for subVersion our focuses are with our CEVO efforts - subVersion have been chosen to compete in the up-coming cevo series and i can assure you that we are ALL in game mode and practicing extremely hard. Our first match is this thursday against competition favourites #misfits, whom narrowly missed out on cevo-i due to financing problems. Stay tuned for sourcetv and shoutcasting opportunities!! Now onto the next topic Vacant Positions! subVersion are seeking ONE Applicant for our online team, what we are looking for is; Excellent Ingame Clue - This can sometimes outweigh your faults Decent Aim - a must for any decent source player Availability - We dont want someone who has to floss everynight at 7:30pm precisely and then shop for grandma at 8. Dedication - We want to know that youre in it for the long run, knowing youre dedicated allows us to work on team chemistry and not have to worry about finding another when you piss off 2 weeks later. Now ive definitely saved the best for last, RESPAWN LAN! Entering this lan subVersion were by far the underdogs, with big names such as Zero Remorse and StyleFX attending. First match was against prominent lan team 'LanVex' Featuring big names such as Fitty`yen and Vong, subversion easily taking this game 16-10 on de_inferno. Second match was against Big name and Cevo-P! team Zero Remorse. This was our largest match to date and we were expected to be smashed, alas - subversion came from beneath and won the game 16-13 with ozprey_ pulling a HUGE 4v1 clutch in pistol round! Subversion continued to fight their way through group stages and semi final to come to compete in the GRAND FINAL @ Respawn Lan against Zero Remorse. This was definitely a grudge match with Zero Remorse putting on their game faces and battling all out to ensure a win. Both teams played extremely well with Zero Remorse snatching the win from under subVersion's nose, 16-8 on de_inferno. This however is still an extremely good result with subVersion beating numerous higher seeded teams to come runners up at Respawn Lan v8. subVersion played so well that 'mrt' from Zero Remorse was quoted to say "well what can i say we lost to subV but credit to them they played extremely well and deserved the win." BIG shoutout to scarr for flying down from queensland for the lan and a big thankyou to yoyoo who completed our lineup! Clan Update

The Tri-Monthly Respawn Lan was held on saturday and subversion was entered in numerous competitions including COD4 and CSS. The Melb lan boys did very well and placed nicely going up against big names such as ZR. Results: CSS: 1. liQt 2. bDongaz 3. Subversion COD4 1. Subversion 2. Slut Team 3. liQt + bDongaz (Slut Team) Once again, congratulations to all that participated and look out for us at VA Lan next week! On another note, the Final of PubGamer competition 8v8 round robin concludes this sunday, with subversion going up against Battlecats. If we win, that means we would have taken out the 8v8 round robin, AND placed 2nd in the overall pub stats. SIEGE placed 2nd in Pubgamers single player competition, with his playtime less than half of the other players, siege did very well to achieve this and received $100 worth of Razer Gear. Congratulations Siege! Subversion has also put their name down for the AOGN Season 2. This will be the biggest online competition subVersion has entered to date. This server looks to be a big step up from our last "Mammoth Media" server which suffered horrible dropouts, minimal plugins (manis mod and nothing else) and no custom maps. Welcome to SubVersion Gaming. A clan of like-minded people dedicated to bringing an enjoyable environment to all those involved. We are currently competing in Wolf:ET and COD4, however the major division of our clan is the CSS division which is actively competing in a number of online competitions and starting to compete in LAN events. We are currently looking to recruit a couple of players for COD4 & ET so if you're interested head to our forums and make a post. A mention should be made that the site is still not complete but should be done within a couple of days.
